It doesn't mean certified in a skill.
It means we have watched this person build, fail, bounce back, and ship — over months, not meetings. We put our name on them.
How it's earned
path 1 — night schools
Attend 6 or more over several months. We see you show up, repeatedly.
path 2 — residency
111 days of building at the hub. We see everything.
Why it's slow
You can buy a blue tick. You cannot buy time.
Certification takes 3–12 months by design. We need sustained exposure before we vouch.
We reject most applicants. The list stays small on purpose.
